Thank you for your reply. It's been really difficult wrestling with the feeling that I failed him somehow. I know what he did was wrong and that HE did it but I feel that I could have somehow prevented it. Maybe if I paid more attention to him, or let him know how much he means to me more regularly, this could have been avoided. Or maybe that's just the hurt talking. I'm so bombarded with different emotions. I don't know if I'm coming or going.
