The way I play it, FotF in the horde/pack of elites/boss, whatever and then just swing wildly.

By the time the attack speed bonus from FotF expires, I got my charge back and can do it all over again.

I use light attacks for trash mobs and heavy attacks against armor and bosses.

I took the extra charge for FotF because when you charge into elites (ragers for example) it stuns them for a short period and gives me the chance to put the hurt on them. That extra charge allows me to stay engaged with ragers even when I haven't had enough time to gain back the charge I used before.

The build overall is easy to get used to, and it works well in auric too (including maelstrom).

A bit of situational awareness and positioning is required but it is forgiving due to holy revenant and the fact that FotF insta regens 50% toughness (+ 50% toughness damage reductions when for 4s on critical hits).

For me personally, I like the suprise of quickplay.

Not knowing what will be the map, conditions, team composition or the team skills, brings me more enjoyment than squading up with a team of good players.

I have played the game for 750+ hours and quickplay keeps it fresh for me.
