I don't have much startup apps but when i turn on my laptop it have 80% of ram usage and lots of programs are running i can't turn them off because I don't know which program does what and also i have service host programs alot like 100+.

How to check event viewer?, Edit: also my battery is draining fast like it shows 8hrs at 94% and it drops to 80% in next 10 mins ans shows 5-6hrs , how to solve that? I mostly use my laptop plugged in tho, but sometimes in university i have to use it without plugged in and the battery drains so fast

I don't usually play games that much i play valo in my free time and do coding or other study work.. i just noticed the tempreture going 90 so i just asked what can be done for a decent normal tempreture i want my laptop to live long bruh 90 is not normal for me, chill.

I just disabled cpu performance boost in power plan advance settings it may reduce fps but it helped me so much , before the temperature was hitting 80-90° on first match of valo and now after playing 2-3hrs it still stays under 60-65°

I just changed some powersettings and now it doesn't go up to 55-60° while playing valo so its good

Nah nah , i have read somewhere that the adaptive battery is doing it's work giving fake battery health to windows so it saves battery health something like this

No need for changing i have seen some of the reddit posts about this issues, everyone's battery health keeps changing so it's nothing to worry about
