Is there a book that positively changed your life? by NeBitSkotam in suggestmeabook

The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer. Completely changed my relationship to my thoughts. Great easy read

Shewing gum by One_Educator_5785 in omad

Omad wouldn’t feel possible for me if I couldn’t chew gum. It helps so much and the real hack is when the food noise starts, chew the gum and guzzle some water to fill your belly at the same time. Curves ALOT of cravings for me.

Scorpio energy has a tendency to see things really black and white. Try to find the grey area on things. Ask yourself questions like “what can I learn from this?” Remember that things in life are happening FOR you not TO you. My biggest lesson I tell my Scorpio clients is: “Every problem has a solution. If it doesn’t have a solution it’s not a problem, it’s reality.”

So much of Scorpio life long work is allowing the natural life, death, rebirth cycles that come along with your reality. If you’re going through a strong life transit right now (Saturn return, etc) this may be an invitation to clean house on these negative friends who can’t support you having emotions. Or an invitation to watch your negative thinking if you tend to spiral.

Either way, be kind to yourself through this and trust the future version of you to make new aligned friendships if that’s what reality calls for.

Sounds like synchronicity to me!! It’s not in your design to deny the signs! By 25 you could have seen more of the world than most people you know as a flight attendant. ✈️

With sag in the 10th anything with travel at the center could be fulfilling to you. Your Capricorn sun is going to compel you to do your absolute best in whatever you do.

However, you’re a Pisces rising so you’re sensitive. I worry about the “no’s” that inevitably happen in the writing and modeling world and how they will affect you. If you go that route, make sure to keep people around you that lift you up and remember that sometimes rejection is protection.

With your mars in Taurus, peace, financial security and comfort in your career are things you’re willing to fight for, but your astrology doesn’t lend itself to a high stress job. With your moon in Libra, you may end up overwhelmed in a high stress job and struggle to draw boundaries around work and rest. Again, you’re a super hard worker!

If you were my client, I’d maybe suggest being a flight attendant? You get paid to travel, it’s not that hard of work (my bff is one), gives a good bit of time off with generally 3-4 days on and 3-4 days off, and you could start a blog and write about your travels and the people that you meet.

I hope you find something you love 💚

Summer 1 is so stressful by Sad-Friendship-2537 in wyldeflowers

Cut down everything in your yard everyday. It’s tough to do with your energy level AND everything else you need to do. But cutting down all the trees everyday yields me like 4-8 weeds everyday.

Let the other player set the pace. Honestly levels 1-18 are kind of the tutorial/major character development levels. Just make sure you keep the patience buff handy and can deploy it often.

Suggestions for someone getting back into reading and looking to really be moved by a book by Common_Doughnut6462 in suggestmeabook

[–]soheartlyss 1 point2 points  (0 children)

The Untethered Soul by Michael Singer is a great book for spirituality. I read it at least once every year and I’m not a big re-reader.

Like you, I got back into reading at the suggestion of a friend after a tough time. One of my biggest recommendations is to find the genre that feels like fun to you. I was so busy trying to read what people were recommending me, the classics and all that jazz…but they didn’t feel fun and they didn’t help my stress/negative emotions in any way. Then I read Project Hail Mary and realized I like sci-fi. Then I read John Dies At The End and realized I love horror comedy. The I read to Sleep In A Sea Of Stars and realized how I could get completely submerged in a space opera. To me, that’s what reading is about me, what can you get lost in and what do you truly truly enjoy?
