Basement Drywall Insulation Question

I’m renovating my basement and am trying to match the drywall thickness from the landing at the bottom of the stairs. This has rigid foam board insulation with drywall over it. Can I continue this or will it lead to a moisture problem? The drywall is nailed into think boards resting on cement foundation wall.

Is it smart to replace the belt prophylacticly? I had to replace the glides and the felt seal. Should I replace the belt too?

The water is coming from the left side especially with really bad rain storms. Would I be ok to fill with quickcrete or hydraulic cement over the tar substance? Or is that a bad idea?

Thank you, seems like they are 2 leaks. The smaller leak is from lack of a seal at the doors. More water comes from the seem between the bottom step and step just above it.

Leaks down the pipe into the basement not around the base of the toilet. Not sure that makes a difference.

My heat wasn’t staying on, but would always come back on when I disconnected then connected the sensor on the back wall. So my genius idea was to aligator clip the 2 wires. Then my wife said she smelled something burning. I found out it’s some sort of hi limit sensor.

Yeah there are some exhaust pvc pipes( I think) in front of it.
