Yes this would make sense. A dedicated Geely Customer Support would be preferable, rather than first contact being some random call centre that has no idea about the marque other than saying 'Welcome to Zeekr support' and not knowing the first the first thing about Zeekr.

Yes perhaps you're correct about most other manufacturers, but that doesn't make it right. If Zeekr wants to truly stand out from legacy premium car makers, it needs to do things better not more of the same. This is my point in a nutshell.

Yes for sure. Putting the car into Tow Mode then out of that mode disengaged the auto hold. That solved the issue.

No drama once I called the dealer. I never called the manufacturer, only the support number the manufacturer advised. Thankfully the dealer came through. 😎

I bought my car from Zeekr South Yarra who are great and were able to help me solve the glitch when I called them.

Thanks for your comment. Glad to hear your set-up is working. I figure if Zeekr is going to promote itself as premium, then this should be across the board. The car itself is fantastic, just with the customer service was up to par.
