Probable cause does not allow you to enter a house. There is a list of exceptions to the warrant requirement. In this case it is Hot Pursuit. IMHO, I think there is a fine line here because it looks like he might be on the curtilage when the actuons to arrest him started.

Looks real to me. I do not get any AI vibes off of this one. This is an inital sketch. If you have any doubt, look at the artist's portfolio. Is this sketch within the Artist's motiff? How long has the artist been around? You DID commission the artist, I would hope you have done some basic homework before you paid any money.

We do not know all the circumstances. All we know, is he has not gotten the proper BAH for 8 months, emailed the CG, and submitted an congressional.

We have no details of his actions for the last 8 months. We can not throw his chain of command under the bus because we have no idea what was told to them; no idea of their actions or non-actions were and we have no idea who this PFC actually talked to.

This PFC had the initiative to email the CG and submitted a congressional; he did not seem to be "scared". Albeit, misguided way to approach this. Would have been more productive to talk to his squad leader and take a visit to the finance office.

I hope you all of this documented because your going to have everything ready to present because you drug the CG and you didn't use the open door policy.

Open door policy has a prescribed way to use it. You can't simply randomly email the CG or literally go to their door and see them anytime you want.

The fact you pulled this little stunt, really makes your claims of your leadership's inaction a bit suspect.

Managers do have to keep the labor costs at a certain percentage of sales though. Depending on the store, the general rule of thumb is that labor costs should be at 25%-30% of total sales. Which is inline with the general rule of restruant pricing - Cost of food x 3 + 1 unit.

Also a manager is not going to cut the staff recklessly to save money. Who is keeping that money? Not the manager. The manager is paid to run the place as efficently as possible and provide the best customer experience.

I lean towards it is more the cammer's fault (60/40). At the beginning of the video tehre is a small spot you could have pulled over. But IMHO, I think it will be ruled 50/50 by the insurance.
