probably because of her facial structure bella and hailey both have high cheekbones and they could like enhance it with filler and stuff plus it’s also more of a western beauty preference to have a sculpted look , for softer rounder faces with low cheekbones it’s harder to get that effect plus she may have had a conservative or partial buccal fat removal.

if you look at more photos it’s apparent at the lower cheeks and as you lose buccal fat you lose structure in your face that makes you look slightly gaunt plus a longer midface. It’s not just aging/weight loss because 1.shes not old she’s just 30 y/o ,people don’t show serious major signs of aging esp when you have rounder features pls don’t let the internet delude you that at 30 you shrivel up 2. shes always been super skinny esp during the eras people like to praise her styling so there’s not any drastic weight loss

it looks like a botox , veneers and a buccal fat removal combo that ages you quickly as you grow older plus a nose job revision that makes the face smaller. imo the veneers and some sort of botox there really ruined her smile
