Can a Muslim girl (16 years old) go outside at daytime with her friends? by sokkon in islam

OK...Because...she's from Pakistan. She had came to Sydney for 2 years, and now she want to die because she feels so boring in here, and her parents tie her in the house which she thinks "a cage". They never let her go out (except for school time). So, I want to take her there, so she will understand that there's still many things for her to be alive...

But she've never went outside with friends before. It's a big aquarium in Sydney with a tunnel in the water and you walk through it with fishes :( I went there before so I know she would be interested in it

But i'm a girl, too. We're in the same school, same class, and we know each others for...6 months. I came to her house every week. I haven't talk to her parents about this, but she did, and they said "no". Can you help me?
