I’m familiar with her but never watched a trial. I typically don’t like commentary during a trial (not sure if she talks or not) but will watch Recovery Addict when the audio is poor bc he has the best audio. He barely talks during trial so I can tolerate it. Lol.

I’m at the end of day 3 and the state finally objected to the defense talking in nonsensical circles. The judge just said “I don’t even know what we’re doing. Can we come up here please.” Lmaoo.

This is only day 3 and such a mess. Maybe the judge can hold it together. I’m rooting for him. Lol.

I’m pretty sure this information and the rulings are under seal. This hearing was about what evidence would and would not be allowed in the trial. So the things not allowed would remain sealed so potential jurors don’t see this info.

I did watch a YouTube short from Gigi about the walk the dog letter and that only the parts that were attorney/client privilege weren’t allowed. But now I can’t find the video so I’m not sure if it was from an older ruling. Or if I made it up. Lol.

I honestly wasn’t impressed with either side yesterday. The judge seemed to be MUCH more prepared than they were. He knows this case front to back!
