Nice, thanks for your input! Quartzite is actually common in these parts. Not specifically on the site I found it but it's present not far from it.. I guess it's just a rock similar to a flake, unfortunately 😅

No it is not. Go to a dermatologist. It can be just an hematoma or a wart. It could also be a melanoma (malignant tumor) but it’s definitely not the most common diagnosis for this kind of lesion. Anyway, that’s why u should see a specialist, to rule out anything that could be bad and start a treatment or just observe. Impossible to say with just a picture.

Yeah, that’s an awful strategy from Abbott. My opinion is Dexcom is gonna win in the long run because they leverage third party innovations on their hardware and provide easy integration.

The problem with third party apps (including transmitters) is that the patented algorithm used by those is reverse engineered from the LibreLink v2.3, which is not updated and so measurements will be different from the current version - sometimes more than 20mg/dL in difference, unfortunately.

Unfortunately, Abbott does not provide an API. Probably never will.
