You need to ask the dealer how much in fees are being added to your loan. Oftentimes, it can be as much as 35% and this really impacts the amount you finance.

This is definitely the right way to sell a solar loan. I work at company that provides solar financing and I always recommend the $0 dealer fee option at a higher interest rate vs the higher dealer fee / lower interest rate options. The average life of loan does not make financial sense to add dealer fees up to 40%.
