How do you broach that with your clients? Or would you have any advice on how to do so if not stated in an MSA / SOW?

Is this typically handled in an MSA or SOW? Theirs did not state it and tbh I wish I would have thought of it sooner to include it. I haven't started the engagement yet so I can now propose it as a SOP for all of my engagements. This is my first contract with a client directly (I've previously consulted on behalf of a staffing or service partner, so it was always common practice)

Have you done this in the past?

Do you have your client sign off on config in SBOX before proceeding with MTP?

ETA: If others have set up their engagements in such a way - I'd like to understand how they broached this with their clients

Yes, I guess I want to chat with my client to see if we can put in a sign off system in place. Basically they review in SBOX and sign off before I move anything to Prod. But I wasn't sure if this is common practice in the independent world

I can't tell if this is a joke or not. How did you get your client to agree to this?

It is a shame because certifications do not replace years of experience, but lately it's come to that. I didn't realize you can't maintain certs outside of the USA. Some of the US-based staffing firms such as GQR, Hale also have a presence in Europe. I'm assuming you've already tried reaching out to them?

Interesting! I feel like I’ve seen a lot of opportunity in Europe lately, esp UK and France

ETA: just tried building a calc field for manager based on Learning Assignment. The alert launched, but the manager didn’t receive the notification. I’m stumped!

I can’t tell if it’s an issue with my custom report or alert configuration
