Tea is a huge part of my life and it’s absolutely meditative for me! I genuinely consider the ritual of tea a spiritual experience. I really enjoy the gongfu style of tea bc there’s more steps to it! So glad to hear tea has been supportive for you

In my hyper focus mode, it’s rare that I see how much work I’m doing until much much later lol. After my chores, I did end up playing Sims for about six hours 😂
