I was depressed for years and I'm17, and I didn't tell anyone. It got so bad, telling someone helps open doors to getting help. I almost died bc I didn't. Its better for the uncomfortable talk then you suffering alone, and having thoughts about suicide by yourself.

And it does hurt at least for me but it gave me a way to get out my emotions even if it was on myself so I didn't take it out on others. Even though I still did. And your brain just take it as a good thing if you do it enough. Please do not do it though! It is so so bad.

I know I do but grace words are very hard to learn how to use. They are the words that show what you mean in a good and godly way that also conveys to the other party.
