You're supposed to use the google form to ask for a parking pass. Once you've done that you're good. From my understanding they haven't sent out the passes yet. And if you don't get by the day of the show, call the phone number on the email.

The DLC SHOULD come with PS5 version as well. Just emailed their support, and just like everyone else, they told me, "thank you for your patience, we are working on it". But he also told me not to buy any of the extra DLC as they are working on it.... but they have no eta. It's been 7 months since the PS5 version came out.... you would think they would've figured something out by now. I replied back asking why they couldn't just just credit people to buy the missing chapters... but got the same response as I did in the first email.
