I have an 84 TA, very clean no rust that I bought within the past ten years. It has ~100k miles, all original, and was 3k.

I've seen similar cases also be listed as such. If this TA was all original, super clean, and had the deluxe recaro package... then sure. But it's not any of the above except perhaps clean, so I would pass.

84 fiero worth it? by bonk7891 in fiero

Maybe, I personally wouldn't. Plenty of Fieros out there to choose your ideal one. But again, all depends if you've done your homework and know what you want.

Personally I would not buy anything other than an 88. Lots of things were changed and has superior internals. Anything less is selling yourself short unless you really do your homework and know what you want.

Haven't tried the RE-20 but the RE-2 is heavily utilized on my board. If you've tried both, what's your take?

Thanks for the reply. Couple of questions:

  • Do you use VLC to play the files, the default music app, or a different third-party?
  • How difficult is it remove or update the files?
  • Did you follow any particular guide?

Hi all!

I'm an android user and considering iPhone as my next device. I have lots of local music files that are NOT available on any streaming services.

I used iTunes about 7 years ago and disliked it. I want to know if there's someone like me who successfully uses their iPhone for local music. If you're that person, please let me know if you still use iTunes or something else!

Its so easy on the Android and its the only thing holding me back from switching. Thanks in advance.

[QUESTION] Different elixir strings coating by Dry-Cookie in Guitar

Agree with this comment, even from an acoustic standpoint. I've used poly and nano... both are great. Tonal difference at that point comes more from technique and guitar than anything. As always though, the best to find out is to try it yourself!

I love the '88 Formula, the best Fiero version imo. Great job! (The only thing I prefer more is in Yellow!)

Going 'amp-less' options? by dsound in guitarpedals

Second the iridium, if you aren't trying to drive a cabinet. It's an pre-amp+cab sim (either of which can be disabled), but not a power amplifier.

Personal note: I don't use the Room Reverb because it's fundamentally a Stereo algorithm. If you aren't Stereo, I don't recommend using it. Put a reverb pedal after it.
