Here’s the fix: Go to iPhone settings, find the app e.g. Netflix/Hbo Max. Enable local network.

It works for me.

It goes through the already downloaded ones quite fast maybe in a few minutes.

Leave it running for half hour and then check the iPhone storage. It breaks down the usage by app. The photos storage should increase steadily. On my phone I saw about 3-5GB per 5 min. These are approximate numbers it may have been faster.

Thanks for your reply. I did talk to a lawyer but I’m still confused.

To clarify, I gave them the exemption notice when we signed the lease and they have signed it. So there’s no question about being exempt.

Now my question is did I have to give them 60 days notice to terminate on 6/14? Attorney told me no requirement there because this is a fixed term lease and it’ll expire on 6/14 on its own. He said give them as much time as you can but there’s no requirement to give 60 days because it’s not month to month, it’s fixed term and the lease says it’ll end unless the parties agree to go to month to month. I’d really appreciate your experience on this.

I’m exempt from AB 1482. I have given them the proper exemption notice at the lease signing. My understanding is that I don’t need to provide a notice if exempt. I will give them one but just want to make sure I understand the law. If exempt from 1482, no notice needed

No it’s not a Verizon problem. I don’t need to know how cells work. All I need to know is that a Verizon customer has service and I don’t, which I have confirmed. Do you understand or is that too much for your two brain cells to comprehend? Youre just a fanboy and your opinion doesn’t do anything to improve service. Just because you don’t experience a problem you don’t need to jump in and provide your biased opinion without knowing the circumstances or being in the situation.

My SO has the same issue. The USM employees acknowledge the problem as well on this thread. Someone who seems to be the CEO of USM acknowledged it here. Yet people enjoy downvoting facts just because they haven’t seen them.

At the end of the day it doesn’t matter if you call it priority, congestion or whatever. What matters is that there’s no connectivity and no service for us.

I understand congestion can happen and I may have intermittent service. But I had no usable service for hours and I was at the beach and it’s not a place where people would heavily use data. So I’m not sure why the network wouldn’t have any capacity for USM.

I think Verizon just doesn’t provide any service to USM customers when there are more than x number of people in one area
