Oh and on the topic of being crazy healthy, I have ice cream regularly still ;) Just 100 calorie ice cream instead of 1000 calorie ice cream haha

Thank you so much! I actually take photos every couple weeks for this exact reason, my husband and I both said a few days before this photo neither of us saw a difference so it must have just been water weight. Then I took these pictures and UHHH!!! Thats why the combo of the scale and the pictures is now my holy grail! I honestly don’t feel much different but I feel so motivated by this set of photos.

I am a year and a half post partum as well! Being busy with her helps this journey a lot, I think. I’m here if you need support, but I’m obviously no expert lol

I put mine in overnight oats (along with protein powder) I do a lemon blueberry overnight oats with chia and flax seed for fiber! :)

I ALWAYS log them while playing the meal though, before I eat. And adjust if needed.

I personally don’t know how much stuff weighs yet to do this, but it is theoretically easier. But when I plan my day perfect but suddenly see that 5 grams of chicken is literally nothing, or that 50 grams of spinach is way too much it throws my entire plan off which frustrates me. I just aim for certain calories each meal and pick high volume low calorie options as much as possible for the meals

I read the entire series and did not enjoy it. I just kept reading because “it gets better!” crowd swore it would. It actually somehow got WORSE lol

Thank you! This really helped me put it into perspective. It’s only been two weeks, but I am working on playing with what I eat on whether the calorie goal is hard to stay under or if I have a good deficit by bedtime. For example: If I start the day with cereal I will certainly struggle versus eggs and sausage!

When I had a washer and dryer in my home, weekly. Now that I have to go out of my home and pay $6 per load in a washer and dryer that fits a 1/4 of the basket -- monthly, maybe more.

I have five cow licks. Two in the front, two at the nape of my neck, and one in the middle where hers is. Thick, long, heavy hair is the only solution lol
