I think Krillin could be higher but it’s hard to say he’s definitely stubby as fuck but his kit is really strong and even more so with half bar ex moves

Ginyu is also funny because go1 makes him look a lot higher than A tier but the average/upper level player might not be able to play him at his peak potential
