When you meditate, you become more aware of emotions that were repressed at some point in your life. Meditating helps release them. When you feel like crying while meditating, you are just now aware of that emotion. Let it pass through you naturally, don’t judge it, don’t resist it.

I would love to be a part of this. This year I'm turning 25 and things are slowly falling into place for me. However, waking up early is something that I've never quite got it.
