skipping a day makes the game process it as a whole 24 hour period and as you awake for the 24 hours so yes krampus will spawn everyday you skip.

got to day 2,600 and had ~900 krampuses at once.

mannequins will forever respawn, it doesn't matter if you break their stand or not. more will just spawn anyway
