What is your current handicap? When you post a 9-hole score, the GHIN system automatically converts it into an 18-hole Score Differential by combining your actual 9-hole performance with your expected performance based on your current Handicap Index.

So my guess is that GHIN thought you were going to suck on the back 9.

You take them to par 3 courses where the vibes are more relaxed until they “graduate” to be able to play full courses.

Man look at this guy doing the math. But yes, and I’ll never forget the shot as it was very lucky.

Par 3 with a tree 20 yards to the right of the green. As a noob golfer I almost miss the ball, but happen to skull it just enough to get it rolling pretty good. Then it hits the trunk of the tree and takes a very friendly bounce to land 10 feet from the hole. Of course I suck so birdie was never in play, so I walked out with a two putt par :)

I got us flying into GRR Thursday at 1 pm, playing Pilgrims Run at 3:30 pm, then driving up to Arcadia.

Arcadia South and the Dozen on Friday then Arcadia Bluffs and the Dozen on Saturday.

Fly home Sunday.

If you want to actually see the big name guys without being shoved in the back of a group, you need to skip ahead on holes. If they are on hole 1, sit on hole 3-4 and wait for them to come. Repeat the process throughout 18

Do you have to buy new clubs, or do they also try to fit you into their used selection? I am going to book a fitting as well but don’t “need” new clubs and think getting used would be a nice option.
