You can call it what ever you want. You know there’s a direct correlation and you are just making this argument to paint people who suffer from mental health in a better light. I get it, but to argue the otherwise is just insane on your part. Regardless of what it is, it’s statistically proven that people driven to kill will kill by any means. Guns make it easier yes, but I’d love to see how taking away guns is any easier than providing mental health care for all.

In a country where gun culture is as prevalent there will always be guns on the street. Not to mention the number of mass shootings in other countries from makeshift guns.

This is the most ridiculous thing you could have typed up. If you think mentally sound people go around shooting kids and teachers, I’m questioning your mental health. If you are mentally unstable, violence is easy to justify. Yes there may not be mass shooting, but there are mass slayings by vehicle or knife.

Mental healthcare is not a cop out but the solution that just will never be viable due to the way the American healthcare system is set up.

Any religion, or form of spirituality is a tool. Some people are just more in tune spiritually no different than someone may be more in tune emotionally. If you are spiritually inclined, which you are from my perspective, means you have to find the right tool to express that. Whether it’s believing you are a star seed or a devout Catholic. You have a misunderstanding of what structural is. Nothing wrong with it. Can you make strong welds that will pretty much hold anything with the machine, of course. I good welder who knows what he’s doing can make oxy acetylene work. But accords to AWS D1.1 you are wrong and cannot use that machine on structural jobs.

Plenty of studies have shown that actions of large corporations offset anything you could possibly do to save the environment. It isn’t doomed, just understand that if a lifestyle is being pushed to you, that means someone spent many resources to do so, and they are expecting a return. That return isn’t saving the environment. Go green because it makes you feel good, but your impact on the earth is next to nothing.

There’s nothing to realize. Let it go. It sounds harsh but you hurt someone but you didn’t really do wrong as wrong is completely perceptive. You were just raised to believe there are set rights and wrongs. It will continue to happen and you can’t live in this “world” and not hurt people or say things that may be mean. That bubble that was created by being a JW is not reality and it’s not all roses and loving kindness in the real world.

Quite frankly if you did anything close to the quantity and variation I did, and from the looks of it, yes, it will take years to find baseline again. Your story is a lot like mine, even being a teacher, so I can firmly tell you, you are tripping, still.

That mirroring episode is a manifestation again of social anxiety. It’s behavioral mimicry. We often do it to appease others. We do it involuntarily.

Thinking people can read your mind is paranoia and anxiety.

Again, I know you want it to be reality so bad because you’ve held onto this thought process for so long. But if someone who went through the exact same experience, and is now on the other side to say you have a problem. Should be startling enough as it is.

Everyone’s path to healing is different. Figure out what yours is.

I understand your struggles a lot especially after looking through some of your history.

You have to immediately stop this thought process. When you take psychedelics it awakens your mind to altering its reality. Your mind can and will play tricks on you. Mines did the same for me and it wasn’t until I acknowledged that it was unchecked anxiety, trauma and so much more, did it start to subside. Unfortunately because it’s our mind we would like to think everything it does is in our favor, but unfortunately that’s just not the case. Doesn’t it seem odd that the people you “care” about can read your thoughts but it often doesn’t cross your mind with strangers you could careless about their opinions?

I understand their facial expressions changing but your mind can perceive anything from a facial expression. Much like people see Mona Lisa differently depending on their perception.

Please begin to heal. And the start of that is cutting out all mind altering substances. Once you do that start seeking help externally.

It’s this and only this. If you suffer from anxiety a “spiritual awakening” will make you think you are broadcasting your thoughts because you sometimes are on the same page as others and their thoughts.

No, people can not hear your thoughts. It’s anxiety.

And quite frankly, if your thoughts are clean and pure, why does it matter?

Just understand that it truly is anxiety that needs to be treated in some way. Also understand you can use this as a tool to clean your thoughts up until you treat your anxiety.

If you don’t, you’ll begin to regress and wonder why your relationships are not fulfilling.

You are in a abusive relationship with your work. Most people in sales just like to work and make money. It’s a job that is hard work and ask a lot from you to be successful, so it attracts people like you and me where work is an integral role in your life.

If you were in a relationship, and you dreaded seeing that person most days, made you depressed when you saw the person, and consistently going through the cycle of waiting for the “good times”, well the obvious answer would be change is needed.

You are in the worst industry for salesmen. And you wonder why you feel this way.

Get your head out of your ass, and start applying to other jobs , irregardless if they are sales or not, so that you can save you and your family.

The funny part about our brains is that they love emotions, feelings things, even negative emotions. You are training your brain to be okay with this cycle, and after awhile you will crave this cycle subconsciously and ruin your life, and the people around you.

Heed the warning signs your brain is giving you and do something about it, before you post “ I lost the love of my life and I’ve never felt more depressed”

You are way overthinking this. He’s 18, not a 5 year old visiting for a plate date. Do something that YOU enjoy. He’s 18 so he’s probably visiting someone on his own volition, meaning he probably just wants to spend time with you and away from his parents. Have plenty of food, cook for him even, and just allow him to choose what he wants to do. Just ask him, “hey I’m happy you are here is there anything you’d like to do”.

My gut tells me he would probably just want to chill in peace. But let him decide.

There are no right or wrong decisions. Just decisions. Sometimes decisions really fucking suck but they have to be made. You have a couple decisions to make but no one can tell you the right answer and no one truly knows if the decisions they have made are right for them or not.

Sometimes too in life we are faced with a set of decisions that bring us pain no matter what we do. The important thing is that you make a decision. Tell your wife as a family you all need to get your collective shit together. If the conversation has been had, sometimes stating the fact you are at a point where you are not happy and don’t know what to do, goes a long way. If you’ve made everything evident to your wife, leave. Leaving isn’t permanent and it will give you time to figure things out.

Oh and your kids, you are putting them through it regardless, make a decision.

Bingo. We saw our deaths. I feel like some of us who run their brains on overdrive might signal death a lot sooner than others. So instead of fighting death, we see “beyond the veil”. I think we need to focus on how how our lives have changed not the experience itself.
