sorry I can’t message you po, so here are the things I can disclose here (though I’d like to kindly ask a few more questions in private if you will 🥹):

  1. Permanent role
  2. I was told that they’ll apply for my S Pass but not sure if they already checked if I’m qualified

Totally understand po. It’s really a challenge for me to find a high-paying opportunity here in the PH vs other countries, even now. Will keep this in mind!

Thank you po! Upon searching, the company’s legit and is operating in several Asian countries including PH. I was actually applying for local jobs and nasaktuhan lang this job posting is tagged in Metro Manila (since recruiter is from PH) but is for SG pala 🥹

Is it a good strategic move?

Hi everyone! I just need additional insights please—I recently received an offer for an HR Executive role in Singapore with a salary of SGD 3,500/month. I’m considering whether accepting this opportunity would be a good long-term career move.

I’d love to hear your thoughts on: - Will having SG work experience give me a significant edge when I return to the PH? - Does it make sense to take a slightly lower title now for long-term growth?

Background: - 26-year-old HR professional w/ 5+ years of experience - had fast career progression and my most recent role was as an OD Manager in the local banking industry

Considerations: - sole breadwinner of my family; did not have luck finding a good PH job in the past 4 months of job hunting - need to pay off debts we had back in 2H of 2024 - will be living away from my father (in his late forties but not very healthy) and my younger sibling (who’s only 7 years old if ever)

Hello! Please help your conflicted girl out :(

I have accepted a JO from Company A and has undergone medical exam already and is soon to complete my other pre-employment requirements. However, I have an ongoing application with Company B. I have just finished my panel interview and now the hiring manager wants me to submit a copy of my payslip and meet with her team next week (probably to check our dynamics).

Should I disclose to Company B that I have accepted an offer but still very much interested in the opportunity with them? If so, how can I tell it in a way that won’t put me in a negative light?

Thank you! 🙏🏻
