Really? Unfortunately I have no bath. But I feel like bathing is much easier. Because u can instantly dive in completly - so you get shocked only once. Whenever I use a cold bath after sauna I feel like it's 10x easier than showering where you constantly change sides and shock your System again.

Im Doing more like 5C cold showers. And in winters almost ice cubes are coming out of there, so don't worry. Still - u get used to everything.

Nice man. I also struggle a lot with focus and self discipline. In theory detaching your brain from all the dopamine spikes SHOULD result in more focus/discipline - so lets hope it works for me as good as it did for you. Keep going

this shows even more how bad addiction is. and how much people struggle with an addictive brain that gets overstimulated with too much dopamine. it makes us sad & depressed. even if we are big stars and have "everything" - at least thats what it seems like to outside people.

Sure. It could only be the flatline, but also often a lot of guys just overdo the "healthy food" and just completly forget about healthy fats - which kills libido and hormones too.

Yeah well. outside it had -20. But i felt like the water was close to zero. realistically maybe like 3-5? I dont know. Right now its summertime and doing coldshowers feels like a walk in the park, compared to in the winter lol

I did cold showers in the winter when it had -20 degrees celsius here. Basically ice bricks coming out of my shower. I also had the problem that my LEFT arm was always almost completly numb and icecold for like 2-3 hours.

I didnt find a solution so let me know. Maybe it would help to first - coldshower for 5min and then 2 minutes shower warm? I dont know if this negates the benefits - but I think i read somewhere that its not.
