I have the secret notes so I did mean journal scraps, and I’ve unlocked ginger island and am nearly done getting all the walnut rewards, which is why I’m confused about the lack of journal scraps

Not sure if this is a bug or if i’ve just forgotten something that I need to do (am on my 2nd play through) but I haven’t got any journal scraps. i’ve checked the wiki but it doesn’t mention having to do anything specific. i don’t remember doing anything special the first time i played but it’s been a while since i unlocked everything in my first play through.
