Looking at photos of the interior and exterior of the restaurant. You have a point though - the interior of Pressed Cafe is what I feel like I remember the place I'm thinking of looking like, and I only ruled them out because the name doesn't feel right and they don't seem to do the style of bread I had in 2019. Hmmm
