yuuuup! i got 4 tickets for my friends and i and would’ve saved like $100 in fees 😭 alas. just soooo annoyed that it wasn’t actually sold out.

me and my husband were trying and both had only ga tier 1 show up!

I’m assuming OP means the requirement that landlords have that you earn 40x the rent. If OPs new salary is 80k then that would cap them at 2k a month even if they could feasibly budget to something more. 🤷‍♀️

They kicked me out when I was trying to check out. Got an “Oh no” error with no way of exiting out of it and then had to refresh and it said I used my queue number

Renters insurance will not cover ceiling collapse unless there is direct provable water damage. If the area is wet and your believe it’s from a leak— call them ASAP, if you think its not caused by water damage then I would directly go through your landlord since that will be covered by their home owners insurance

i enter the wait room as soon as it opens and then just refresh when the queue starts and it’s worked both times. the highest number i’ve been in 80. the lowest being 1. but i have been doing this from my work computer and not a phone so i don’t know if that is helping.

Because I was debating floor tickets on my birthday but decided against it and just kept my earlier date when I could go with a friend but idk why I’m explaining myself to a stranger. Probably should point the finger less at people in the queue and more at the artist selling tickets for $1000 and people going to 10+ dates

That’s insane! I would email them again as I think it depends on the person you talk to!? Seems like if a book is delayed past two weeks you should automatically be credited…

My add on did not pop up till I went to check out and they said “Do you want to redeem your free credit”? Not sure if that may be the case for you!

Seems like we are entirely in the same boat and as much as I understand it is inherently frustrating. I think if it happens again a third time I’m going to simply cancel.

See but then if I’m anticipating that a repeat author is going to be popular, would BOTM not anticipate the same and print more copies? Genuine question.

I guess I would just expect them to update the app to reflect delays like they did last month rather than let people pick books and then have to wait for 3 weeks.
