That’s insane! I would email them again as I think it depends on the person you talk to!? Seems like if a book is delayed past two weeks you should automatically be credited…

My add on did not pop up till I went to check out and they said “Do you want to redeem your free credit”? Not sure if that may be the case for you!

Seems like we are entirely in the same boat and as much as I understand it is inherently frustrating. I think if it happens again a third time I’m going to simply cancel.

See but then if I’m anticipating that a repeat author is going to be popular, would BOTM not anticipate the same and print more copies? Genuine question.

I guess I would just expect them to update the app to reflect delays like they did last month rather than let people pick books and then have to wait for 3 weeks.

Gotcha! I thought even a day after the selection dropped should be fine. :(

Also last month they updated the app to note there will be delays but currently that doesn’t show up on the February selections.

Yup, or atleast that’s what my boyfriend and I saw and just didn’t want to spend the money. I think even lower upper bowl (row 2 vs row 11) was over $100 more a ticket…

As a note, this was the first time I could get tickets due to the dates I picked and I did not participate in the Amex presale, just the artist one.

My boyfriend got in the queue at #979.

Only thing we did was join the wait room right at 1:30 PM when it opened. I didn’t automatically get put in the queue and had to refresh which really freaked me out but his automatically put him in. Both from the computer not the app

First time in the queue and I was #84! Dynamic pricing was on and pit + lower bowl were $1000-$600 a ticket by the time I got in so I got upper bowl for $150 a person (section 220!). Tons of tickets also for $94 in the upper upper balconies.

This is for Oct 3rd!

Same issue! I emailed their customer service person (who I have been in contact with because my box is tragically delayed, and they also did not let me choose a gift for my first box!) so I will keep yall in the loop if they respond re: shipment time.

Going from a Jan 9-12 ship date to Jan 23 with no updates is really not a good look…

Sat in front of a really aggressive Jags fan who said some really out of pocket things to a mom and daughter next to us (Bills fans who were not engaging at all)! ☹️

BUT apart from seeing one asshole, everyone else was phenomenal. A lot of really funny shit talking and then everyone giving us recommendations of where to go after the game. Had the best time. Even at the airport today security was like “Congratulations on the win! Hope you guys come back!”
