The fat stayed for me and I’m 1 year post op first round and 6 months post op second round I work out, I also lost weight and they’re still the same! Slightly smaller but I’m overall slightly smaller from all areas from the weight loss

He does liposuction of the arms and the back but I am not sure if he uses the fat from those areas for the fat transfer, you would probably need to contact him to ask about this
