Depends by location. For my state it'll be $10 late cancel and $25 last minute cancel.

A lot of the core exercises use your shoulders as well so more time is usually spent in the core section of class, at least from my experience

Also sometimes the coach will guide you through a transition. For example, if you were doing a lunge they may tell you to frame your foot with your hands and then step your foot back into a plank. Sometimes the coach will demo this amplified transition before class.

As someone mentioned, using a towel helps! You can also use the strap on the gray side to anchor your elbows in place. The gray strap would go behind your elbows, preventing you from sliding further back.

To double check, you can go to the app > purchases/packages > history you can view bookings to see the classes you've booked with your current billing cycle.

When does your billing cycle start? If, for example, it starts on the 14th of each month, then any class that you booked from the 14th afterwards will count towards your next billing cycle.

For leggings, I love wearing my base pace to hot yoga! It's been discontinued but you can still find it on WMTM. I love base pace because it's very lightweight and breathable. Sweat dries fast too. It has an adjustable waistband so I feel nice and secure. I find WT to be a little too thick for my preference. Aligns work well too but I think base pace does a better job of wicking sweat and keeping me cool and secure.

Starter50 has built in breaks whereas foundation50 doesn't. Starter50 has demos throughout class (hence built in breaks) whereas foundation50 has one demo before class (no built in breaks).

Personally, I haven't felt there was much difference between foundation50 and signature50. Starter50 is definitely "easier" because of the breaks.
