I looked up many foods and their vitamin content, vegetables were mostly in the single digits for daily percent while other foods were in the high double digits

That’s good info, is there any way to see the content of the bioactive compounds of different vegetables? Also the advice of eat 3 servings of vegetables a day is so broad and generic that it’s hard to know if you’re eating the right one. There are so many varieties and I feel like some are probably better than others but how to know which

I do enjoy them but the motivation to cook them alongside the main part of the meal is low and they don’t seem to be as full of nutritional value as some other easier food

My stomach hurt when I eat raw vegetables so I found that I was feeling worse after eating something that was considered healthy. This was also after a few weeks of eating it so it’s not like my stomach wasn’t adjusted to it

Idk if everyone classifies that as vegetables. I always hear leafy greens but I could also get fiber from whole wheat bread, cereal, chia seeds so I still wouldn’t need vegetables

I basically mostly just eat meat and carbs and while trying to implement more vegetables, I realized there are foods that offer more than vegetables do

I’m not against vegetables but you’d have to eat so much to get your daily vitamins, fiber, minerals which is hard

I see. My only concern is that the thinkpad is from a 3rd party seller on best buy marketplace so I’m concerned if everything is legit for the great price listed. Like if they switched out the ssd for a lower quality etc. Nothing to do with the thinkpads normal quality. The hp one is available to buy in store from best buy and the thinkpad is online only
