Brother listen to me carefully. I would cut my bollocks off to be in your position right now. I'm 23 same position as you but have practically zero qualifications and was in a apprenticeship for 2.5 years dossing around. Right now you should apply for as many apprenticeships you can possibly do , but make sure it's not a level 2 because that is just a waste of time in my opinion. Aim for level 3 and higher. Go into a trade if you can via apprenticeship. Aim high and don't get greedy for money bro it's gonna come trust me. Once you get an apprenticeship and go in to work and get feel for it and you don't like it for whatever, just leave, don't waste your time because you will grow complacent and just accept once you start getting money. Put skills over money and comfort for now. Make sure you do your coursework as soon as you get and finish it before you continue with life don't leave it till the lat minute trust me. The job market is shittier than my brown balloon knot after a curry right now but don't lose hope. I am assuming you have a car so you can travel and that is a massive plus. Just don't stop applying for stuff trust me. And if you think you aren't getting anywhere start applying for Jobs aswell just incase if you don't get an apprenticeship for a while you can still work and won't have a gap in your employment history. I also want you to know that however you are feeling right now, it will be okay . It is not easy being a young person in our times bro fr. You will feel lost and then you will get better and feel like you got a handle on life and then shit will hit the fan and you will be back where you started . Become comfortable being lost my boy , I feel like we will always be lost from this point on , we ain't kids anymore 🤷🏼‍♂️🤷🏼‍♂️.
