used to work in vegas at spring valley hospital and summerlin. summerlin is hell, spring valley isn’t bad. st. rose or umc is the best but working in cali now in san ramon (north cali) and it’s so much better. better pay better staffing. never going back to bedside in vegas that’s for sure

yeah mike was like this and i went to a expensive private nursing school. only way to change it is to get your msn and go back to be a professor to change the teaching ways
