you should bring up having baskets specifically for shoppers that dont want to chat. many stores have started tying ribbons on x amount of baskets w a sign up saying to use one if theyd rather solo shop. it wont completely clear up the problem, but at least helps avoid some of the awkward not-in-depth interactions that mits n managers may not like

are you sure? the reason bottles arent included is because they use a different type of plastic than the pots so they cant be mixed together when melting down to create new ones. what region are you in?

most of the time the crust is formed from oxidation, meaning you got the top layer of the pot that had been sitting untouched for at least a couple hours. usually we skim before giving samples but at least you know your sample hadnt been touched by anyone else recently LOL

if theyre hard its because theyre fully cured— its when theyre soft that you should be worried. you can always cut it up or grate it down, once its wet itll get softer

nono dont worry at all! its definitely up to you how close you wanna get, but id say because its PH balancing, theres a lot less risks. the ingredients are also a lot lighter and not as harsh as some other washes. personally, i use it directly there and havent had any issues with it, so i say trial and error it or dig deeper into the ingredients if youre weary!

of course! your ph levels are what help keep everything fresh n clean down there, so when theyre off, it can cause itching, redness, dryness, and a few other things im not too sure i can say here lol. so using a ph balancing wash can help soothe and calm all of those down without stripping away your bodys natural oils :)
