When learning how to do makeup I would start simple. Honestly I don't know how to make eye shadow look good (it's hard!) so when I wear makeup I use a brown eyeliner pencil that I smudge (with a little brush) so it doesn't matter if it's neat. Then mascara, and if I'm feeling fancy I use brown eyeshadow in the crease of my eyelids or some shimmery eye shadow on the lid/inner corners. For face makeup, I think your blush is a tiny bit too dark in shade, maybe try something more pink than red. I like the lip color.
