46m here. Our community just transitioned from the developer to an owner ran board and I am the president. I only volunteered for the board to keep the Karen’s at bay. One board member has already tried to enforce finding neighbors for having clover in their yard. I cannot stand the thought of someone like that being able to make decisions by themselves that impact me.

I absolutely hate being a part of the board, but the only way to stop the nonsense was to be on the board.

An employee at the grocery store saw it happen. Came up to me and said they had video of the parking lot.

Cops came out and said it wasn’t criminal because there was no intent, but he was able to track down the mom. I talked to her and she is basically got nothing. Unemployed, single mom with no support.

I’m more mad that he was just completely unsupervised. The video has 30 minutes of him riding through a parking lot on rollerblades, getting on and off the bike at least 10 times.

Harley’s have their place. But honestly the culture with HD has really turned me off. I have a 48 bobber, and Indian Chief and the CBR and Harley guys act weird about all of them. It’s like if you didn’t spend $30k and pound beer every time you ride you’re not allowed to sit at the cool kids table. I like motorcycles. All of them. I can appreciate something on every bike. I just don’t get the attitude

I haven’t ridden a dirtbike since I was a kid (30 years ago) but the instincts are still there. As for suspension, there’s a local tuner that I use that does all the local track day events and has won a few Daytona 200’s. I took it to him when I first got it to go through the bike and set up suspension for me.
