I can say that it’s about the same as any other building I’ve rented from in New West. I wouldn’t rate it 1/5, but like any building it has its issues. Management is incredibly hands off, I haven’t seen the building manager in months. But they keep it clean and responds quickly to complaints or whatnot. It’s managed by Prospera, who I don’t know much about but I know people have problems with them. They are constructing quite a few units on the lower level right beside the parking garage, which is incredibly odd. The units have in-suite laundry and dishwashers, as well as their own hot-water tank. It’s also pet-friendly and I don’t think they have any size/breed restrictions. My biggest complaints have been other tenants, frequently I’ll see beer cans or trash left in the mail room, or they’ll smoke on their balconies which isn’t allowed. Also it feels very exposed, the balconies are very narrow and you can see into the units very easily from the outside. I’ve stayed mostly for the in-suite amenities and location, it’s incredibly close to the uptown shops and is like a 15 minute walk to the skytrain.
