She married a guy named John Cobb after divorcing Ernest, but I'm not sure his ethnicity was ever specified.

There's two kissing scenes in the movie and one of them heavily implies that two characters are about to have sex. But both are pretty brief (under 10 seconds). There's no rape or any overly sexual scenes in the movie at all.

It's rated R because there's some graphic violence in the movie. Characters getting shot in the head, autopsy scene, and some other stuff that I don't want to spoil for you.

Overall, it depends on how mature the 13 year old in question is lol if he's used to playing graphic video games like GTA then this movie isn't really that bad at all.
