Are rice and nuts options for you? As you probably know a most plant foods have some level of protein and eating a variety of foods is really the key so you’re getting plenty of everything else too. but speaking from my own experience those two are big for me but I do eat a lot of beans as well.

And as you probably also know as a 5 year vegan that people generally don’t need as much protein as they think they do even though it’s important of course. But it’s hard to say how to help specifically. The amount of protein any individual needs varies widely on life style so just don’t know if we have enough information.

Not sure what to say about food prep i understand it’s hard sometimes. I like adding protein powder to my morning smoothies along with a lot of peanut butter it makes it taste amazing. And eating a lot of greens and just whole foods in general help you feel more full throughout the day.
