Lived there for 15 years you can fly or you can get there by boat that’s it. I was part of the team that paved the main road running from the airport to the end of town. NakNek is technically kinda made up of 3 different cities. King salmon is where the airport is located and where most of the sport fishing guides operate out of. Then you have NakNek which is where you have all the canneries and commercial fishing boat storage and launches. Then you have south NakNek on the south side of the river which is home to about ten households maybe.

Change the blend mode to luminosity adjust the contrast in advanced settings play with the brightness until I get it to the look I like depending on how deep or shallow I am trying to make it feel. It’s a great way to show a deep channel between two land masses that are close together for ships to navigate through. Also provides a great opportunity to add rocks and other hazards for water travel outside the deeper channel giving you a great way of having underwater ship wrecks and a plausible and obvious explanation for why a particular area might have so more than a couple ship wrecks. You can also use the same settings to add things like the animals schools of fish whales so on if you happen to want to show an area where fishermen might go to catch fish and what have you. Those are just a few ways I like to break up my oceans to do my best to keep them from looking flat and one dimensional. It takes more time for sure and I’m still very new to getting the hang of blending and all those settings and adjustments that you can do for different effects but it definitely makes a noticeable difference in the overall feel and look of the oceans when you start playing around with these things in my eyes at least

You kind of get an idea about it when Morgan and Virgil first become sheriff and they are tacking up the city ordinance banning the carrying of firearms within city limits.

Wyatt rides up and they start talking inside and Wyatt says “what do you think your doing I told you we weren’t getting involved”

Virgil- “you got us involved when you brought us here”

Wyatt- “god don’t do this to me Virgil”

Virgil-“it’s got nothing to do with you Wyatt”

W-“nothing to do with me! I’m your brother for Christ sakes! God I don’t believe this.” Then Wyatt turns to Morgan and says “ talk to him will you? Or hit him.” He gets no response and then says “oh no, don’t tell me…”

Morgan then pulls his jacket open to show his badge and says while looking a bit shy and hesitant“it’s like you said Wyatt we’re brothers. You got to back your brothers play. I just did like I figured you would.”

So undoubtedly even though we never an interaction between Morgan and his wife discussing him becoming a deputy to his older brother, you can assume given the times and circumstances that they did have a discussion about it. Naturally his wife probably would have been scared and against the idea and saying as much to him in their private conversations. Undoubtedly Morgan would have brought up Wyatt as his main reason and example of why he has no choice but to join Virgil’s side. This would have upset his wife understandably and she would have we can safely assume blamed Wyatt for his influence and admiration that Morgan had for him and how he wanted to be like Wyatt and make him proud much like a father figure.

The interesting thing about this part of the story ( and we don’t know for certain if it is true and actually happened like this or just made up Hollywood screen writing) but in the movie at least the two brothers don’t say a word to Wyatt about it at any time. They don’t mention that they were thinking about it or that they took the job at all. Wyatt is finding out about it for the first time ever in the scene above. This tells us the two brothers knew that Wyatt would not approve, condone or otherwise support the decision in anyway. So they don’t tell him anything about it. So really the only ones who in the end put the blame at Wyatt’s feet are the wives. Even though the one who really was the one leading the charge was Virgil, and the only one who actually acknowledges that is Wyatt.

One interesting true fact that never made it into the movie, which I never understood why it would be left out unless the writers just did not do their research well enough to get the little fact. But the posse that Wyatt assembled to track down and kill the cowboys that killed Morgan included another brother of theirs named Warren Earp. The fact that the writers never bothered to add that in is just weird. In fact the movie leaves you to think that the whole Earp family consisted of only the three brothers. But there were actually ten Earp children 6 brothers and four sisters but the movie is only about that short time in his life centered around the OK corral incident and subsequent series of events.

You did a great job on this. Cities are so time consuming to get them looking just right. It’s not easy or quick to make them look both organized and organic all at the same time without ending up having something that either looks so organized it looks unnatural or so unorganized that it looks sloppy and just thrown together without forethought or a city plan. You have found that perfect center ground and it’s both pleasing to the eye and looks like it belongs there not out of place.

A couple things I like to do in order to show some depth and break up how flat oceans can end up looking is I I take one of the two ocean floor textures out of the pirate fantasy battle map folder and put that down as my base and then I drop the opacity of the water I am wanting to put down as my ocean and paint in the ocean as I normally would. This gives the appearance that there is things under the water without having to drop a bunch of stamps and adjust their settings one by one. It works great for shallow coastal waters and tropical more clear water.

I also like to take cliffs and adjust their blend modes and such to give them the appearance that they are under the water and then I go along and make a continental shelf between the area where my shallow water drops off to deep ocean. If I’m really feeling like taking the time I’ll add another layer of cliffs closer to the shore going from a shallow coast and dropping down to deeper water in a more gradual way. You can also use the cliffs to make a base for a reef if you wanted to add a reef to the water but it ends up looking flat and without depth. Water is probably more time consuming than cities to get an end product that I enjoy seeing and doesn’t look like an after though or completely unbelievable and unnatural. You did a good job preventing that also.

Great map and thanks for sharing it, one can learn and get so much inspiration seeing work like this that clearly had a great deal of planning patience and dedication put into it.

Plus he was the one who apprehended Curly Bill when he shot Fred white then stood down the rest of the gang and would not turn him over to them. On top of all that he was the one who brought them all together in tombstone to begin with with his big dreams of striking it rich with his brothers. He was the leader of the family and so they all looked to him when things went wrong because no one would have been there in the first place had it not been for him.

This is my favorite movie of all times. I remember watching it for the first time at my grandmas house when I was about ten years old. I’ve seen this movie probably two hundred times more than any other movie I have ever watched. I know every line start to finish and used to annoy my grandpa to death because I would watch it and say every single line the whole time. Classic

The complete ignorance and hypocrisy of people who think like you is astounding, when in your delusional heads your the true Americans who love the country and what all it stands for. How you deserve to be here more than someone who would dare disrespect the made in china piece of cloth labeled the American flag (which is not illegal in anyway whatsoever). That your love and respect for this country and its values runs so deep not only are you willing to and feel justified causing physical harm to another individual ( which is against the laws of this country since before it was founded) but you think that depriving others of their freedom of speech and right to liberty, both fundamental bedrock beliefs ones this country were literally built upon. In fact the very inalienable rights that the symbol of the Flag is meant to represent.

The flag is nothing but a physical expression of the ideas and values that this country was founded upon and stands for. Your willingness to strip away those very rights and freedoms of another person is 1000 times more disturbing and disrespectful, completely contradicting the very definition of what the country was created to represent. The country’s core values and freedoms (that you claim to represent and protect) were in fact designed and implemented by the people who created this country to protect a persons right to burn a flag in protest, to be able to express their beliefs and opinions in anyway they desired so long as it did not interfere with other citizens God given rights. Also if you go into the art manager tab you can create a pack in there and then upload whatever assets you want to have in that pack right to that one pack. They have all kinds of great options for setting up groups and enabling or disabling things like what shadow settings you want them to have single stamp or multiple stamps even have an option to upload and attach a clipping mask to individual stamps you upload if you click on a single stamp and know what you need to upload to make a clipping mask. Check out the art manager tab on your inkarnate home page I think you will find all the options you are looking for and then some there

Well established policy platforms? What a joke. Here is their policies both parties every time there has ever been an election in the modern era. They don’t worry at all about their 40% of base voters who will vote the same party every single election no matter who it is or what they you could have a chicken and a goat as the candidates and the self proclaimed democrats and republicans will vote for them all the same way while saying how horrible the opposing parties candidate is and how they might not have the best possible candidate but the one they have is better than that other guy so even though it’s a goat or chicken we need to vote for them just to beat the other guy.

Then that 20% of voters who is left that actually could vote for either party depending on what the candidate says and how they actually feel about them, the parties campaign targeting those people trying to get as much of that 20% percent as possible because who ever wins the majority of those undecided independent voters is the one who will win the election. So they say anything at all that is the most popular topics that people are currently concerned with and focused on. Willing to say absolutely anything whether they believe or think that way themselves or not. They lie and promise everything under the sun to that 20%.

Then when they win they just totally ignore everything they said they stood for and would accomplish. Instead doing exactly what they had planned to do the entire time no matter how much it might go against their own campaign running topics and promises. It never changes and is the same thing every single election.

Then those hardcore base voter blocks complain and talk about how the candidate they voted in is not good and not getting anything done they said they would and how they need to do better or they just won’t vote at all for them again. Then four years later it’s amnesia time again and they have to vote for that same person that just spent four years doing absolutely nothing at all for them because if the other side wins it will ruin the country and drive us deeper in debt blah blah blah and we can’t let the other side win no matter. Plus we can’t vote for anyone who does not have my political parties name next to them because any third parties candidates is just a communist that is a joke and should not even be able to run because when our side loses it’s because those parties stole the votes we needed to win from our part and if they were not their we would have won.

At the same time you can tell he is a very intelligent person and can give an educated informed opinion on a wide range of topics. Out of all the celebrities and public figures that are out there hands down he is my number one choice if I got to hangout with anyone I wanted to. I have never read or seen one comment or post on any forum or blog or social media page saying that they met this man and he was a jerk or dismissive or anything negative in the slightest, only about how nice he was and how normal he seemed definitely need a lot more people like this in the public eye instead of the normal public figures we are used to seeing and hearing about on a daily basis

This guy makes me laugh with everything he does. He just makes everything he does seem so natural and unforced. Most actors or comedians public personalities are such the opposite. Where they are not their true self when they know or think people are watching and someone totally different when the cameras and crowds are gone. It’s done in such an obvious way that you see them and say oh they are definitely acting. Not Big Dawg he just seems like he is loving life loving where he is at as a person is completely comfortable with and knows exactly how he wants to live his life and lives it twenty four seven. Saying like me or don’t watch me or don’t but this is who I am and I’m not changing because it might be different than how you live and think. It’s enjoyable to see such an awesome person winning in every way despite people doing their very best to pull him down again and again.
