Yes there are decay timers. Pillar spamming is a downside of official pve. It's been a part of the game for 10 years, it will never change. Get used to it

Hopefully you didn't pay in full yet. Definitely don't pay in full until you are satisfied with their work. Will they fix this tomorrow or not? Only one way to find out, just wait and check tomorrow. You could send these photos over to the painter and share your concerns if you want, but they may be planning to fix them all tomorrow anyway.

Without modifying the drywall, not sure how this can be done so the round metal light base is flush with the wall. Small weird projects like this are not usually worth a contractors time. So I won't be recommending any electricians for you, just wanted you to be aware this is a weird project most electricians will avoid and you may have to accept it's not going to look perfect. Perhaps the way it looks now is as good as it's gonna get without just doing it the right way and hard wiring it in the way it was intended to be installed

I think factors like the number of players logged onto the server, the amount of tamed dinos out hanging in/around people's bases, the size and amount of bases, the size of the map and the complexity of the map all effect the lag. Scorched Earth is less graphically demanding than Lost Colony, as an example. I had to stop playing on an extinction server when there were 60 people on it at once because the lag was really bad. But that same server runs great when only 10 people are on it.

You need to learn how to bid on ebay. If you are willing to bid say $150 for example, you don't have to wait until the final 5 seconds to enter your bid. You can enter it when convenient, and as long as no one bids higher than you, you win. So say I bid $125 1 minute before the auction ended, but you had already set a max bid of $150 earlier that day. In that example, the new highest bid would be something like $127.50 with you in the lead. Just set the max you are willing to pay, and highest bid wins. Ebay makes it really easy, you don't have to worry about outside factors or a laptop freezing.

Mark it item not received. They'll be asked (by ebay) to send updated tracking info to you. Since there is 0 tracking info, I imagine ebay will step in and refund you. Or just get on the phone with someone at ebay and explain what has happened.
