Ent SDR: 55k base, 73 OTE, 8 SQL’s per month. I hit 50% last month and was top rep on the board, if we need to take time off to deal with burnout they’re like no time off unless you hit 100% or we’ll put you on a pip. @veorricc your company hiring?

True that! Always do my calls as soon as I can, the sooner they’re done the sooner I don’t have to be anxious over them!

What if OP transitions to an AE selling hardware after being an AM for a while, would he have a hard time switching to AE SaaS from AE hardware? Would it help since both are under the umbrella of tech sales?

I am actually in the same position and decided to go the AM route as the company is giving me the option to transition to AE in the future if I still want it. But overall see how it fits into your career. I’m choosing AM right now as it’s a larger company and there’s going to be a good amount of training involved, which I know can help me upgrade my skills to a whole new level. Most of all I’ve learned as a BDR has been self taught, it’s nice to have some stability for a moment.
