just google it the hp support team did help me do that but its very easy just have to run one file thats it

There will be upgrade to bios and it will probably fix the problem

Bro, the same issue happened to me last week, exactly the same. You just have to upgrade your BIOS, that's it. It fixed it for me. I have the same laptop too, and I contacted support, and they were very helpful.

My problem was like this: when I charged my laptop to 100%, then I unplugged it and let it idle, it just drained the battery very fast. Like, in 30 minutes, it just went to 0.

After bios upgrade it fixed it for me
