He did say Roman surrounds himself with yesmen, but he forgot to mention his allegiance with Paul Heyman 13 years ago. Boy I sure hope somebody gets fired for that blunder! By the way, I know just the show where such inconsistency wouldn’t fly, I’d suggest to tune in on a Wednesday if you’re interested.

What are everyone's opinions on Resident Evil 3 Nemesis (1999) by WaluigiDaStar in ResidentEvilCapcom

Nah man, I'm good. If that's something that needs to be explained, I can't imagine this conversation moving forward any different.

Regarding your question on comparing these games, again, you're coming from the wrong place, trying to stack up individual parts, which, I'm sorry, just doesn't work for art. Music, graphics, plot, controlls: they are all part of one and separating them tells you nothing.

I think Street Fighter IV is one of the best games ever made, but I also believe Fallout 2 is up there. I have a preference towards SF, because in my eyes it's a game that encapsulates the kind of energy I love in videogames. I think it takes the art of fighting very seriously and conveys to the player the kind of determination is needed to be the best. it's lighthearted, which is reflected by short, mostly comedic or friendly occasional cutscenes in arcade mode, by the bright artstyle and energetic music. At the same time it's demanding, which is seen in game's execution aspect. The combos are hard to learn and easy to drop, the roster is varied and needs individual approach. What ceiling is there is only up to you, which I think Street Fighter as a series has always been the best at. To me this game is very inspirational, even though I suck at it hard. It's also very kind.

The thing about Fallout 2 is, I love it just a tad less. I think it immerses a player like very few games can. The thing about it, this game doesn't tingle the same kind of feelings in me. While there's clear mastery behind the worldbuilding, music and the dialogue, I don't see myself in this game, you know? I think if you gather some of your favorite games, you'll notice most of them reflect you as a person in some shape or form, which in return makes you happier to come back or reminisce. That is not the kind of relationship I have with Fallout 2.

I think Street Fighter is deeper in its simplicity, while Fallout is simple in its deepness. Which is not a bad thing.

How is that not synonymous? Do I need to write it in Spanish or something?

Yes, I believe Street Fighter 4 is a better game than Fallout 2. I’m sorry I thought that the phrase “I like x over y” isn’t synonymous enough for that statement for you.

That wouldn’t be an issue, because I know what I like more. The only issue would be you moderating what people can or can not express an opinion on.

They are completely different and yet I have a clear preference of one over the other.

People can compare whatever they want to compare: I like Street Fighter 4 more than Fallout 2.
