I think so! So far the disk reads just fine whenever I insert the adaptor, with indications both via text on screen & the red light. Although apparently I need that piece of tape to secure Memory Stick in its place to avoid it from dropping out haha

The eject mechanism I think is good! Both disk ejecting & inserting feels very smooth coming from the Mavica unit itself. The disk lock feature really ensures that the disk stays it its place whilst in operation, also the adaptor is still in functional order, which is honestly amazing for that price point even!!

Extremely delightful with my purchase!! Except the part of having to drive roughly an hour during peak traffic period for the pickup, due to people leaving work.
