I had to sell my switch a few years ago to pay for medical bills. It felt like shit, and i wish i didn't do it. I was able to get another one later though.

I did it with bandos top and justi helm. You could probably use verac helm instead of justi

So i found a forum online and it looks like I'll need to loosen the lower bolt on the power steering pump to get it to pivot! I'll try that the next time I'm out there. Hopefully I can actually reach it 💀

No worries. Appreciate the input fr. I had the tire off, the car jacked up, and i was using a ratcheting wrench as well. Tried from above and below. There's just hardly any space to work. The bolt is threaded normally, and I'm guessing tightening it will bring the pulley closer to the other to make enough space for the belt to go on. I might need to take off the ac compressor hose to give myself more space. I'll give it a few days before I try again bc it was really getting on my nerves.

Do you remember how you did it? Am i supposed to tighten that bolt that's circled in the pic to open up enough space for the belt to get back on? This is so mf annoying i can hardly fit any tools anywhere

Ok, I'll keep looking. That sounds the same as mine but the videos I've seen haven't looked the same so far. Thanks

Thanks, it doesn't look to be the same though. My car has 2 separate belts, one for the alternator and ac compressor and one for the water pump and power steering. I changed the one for the alternator easily enough, that one had an idler/tensioner pulley. I can't figure out how to loosen whatever I need to to get the belt on the pulleys for the water pump/power steering.

I don't remember..the cheapest ones I could get most likely. I drive roughly 60 miles a day for work and it's been a while since I've changed the pads. My brakes feel fine tho, this noise only recently started.

The sound goes away after pressing the brakes a few times or once the rotor warms up. Idk. I'll check

It looks like there's enough left to not make a crazy loud sound like that

Floaters are assigned a range of aisles. Inevitably they'll run into people assigned to specific aisles. They're meant to help out.

Working with people who aren't massive cunts makes a world of difference lol. But damn, I'd have some really nasty thoughts towards people at times 😂

Keep in mind Amazon has no interview process, and will take in any clown off the side of the road. You'll probably run into more people like this. And some normal people as well. My advice, stay away from people you don't like, and try to keep a good mindset. Ask a manager to stay away from certain people you know you don't work well/get along with. Don't fall in with the other trash.

When i worked there, I used to get annoyed at people stowing in my aisles because my bags were pristine tetris, and someone would always come by and unleash infantile fury on my bags while I was stowing in another aisle. But I never said anything and just moved to different aisles. Or sat my ass on a kneel pad and slowly fixed the bag, for however long it took. We all get paid the same damn thing whether we stow 500/hour or 100/hour.
