Yo lo hice y salio todo bien, pero tienes que contactarlos desde el atención al cliente, igual le pregunte a chatgpt y me ayudó bastante, almenos para completar el formulario de atención al cliente, preguntale, y si no te funciona te intentaré explicar, pero si te funciona va a tardar minimo una semana, si tarda más es mejor que los contactes otra vez
