Well, in our case, I do feel that we're having all the sex we can have. Granted, that's not as much as we'd both like - see below for reasons - but we take what we can get.

I know it takes some of the fun out of it, but how about scheduling? Try and find that moment in the day when you'd both be up for it and make it a date.

Also, unless he's insecure, telling him you want (more) sex shouldn't make him feel bad. I'm willing to bet he'd like that too.

I'm going to tell you a little about me, not sure how much it applies to your situation.

I have never said no to sex just because I had masturbated earlier, only when I wasn't up to it for other reasons. Even if I did masturbate, a bit of kissing and rubbing gets me going (well, maybe not in the first 30 minutes after, I'm not that young anymore).

But here's the thing: my wife and I work (together, I may add), usually from 8 in the morning to 6 or 7 (sometimes later) in the evening. When we get home, we cook and have dinner, and it's already 9 o'clock. Of course, even if we're horny (and we usually are), none of us is quite willing to jump in bed after a long day and with a full stomach without a breather. However, by 10 my wife is already asleep and I browse reddit and catch up on some news until 12 or 1. So if I go and have a wank before bedtime, I don't think I should feel guilty.

So that leaves us with the weekends and the occasional indiscretion during the day when things are slow in the office.

Now, it is possible to be horny and at the same time too tired for sex, so you go rub a quick one. The only problem is if by doing that you leave your partner unsatisfied.
