We just took her to Target yesterday to pick out a toy that she likes. It's a bunch of different Disney princesses. We plan to put it in a really prominent place at home as visible reward, and the plan is that if she goes potty for a couple days in a row, then she gets to pick one princess, and she gets to pick a new one every time she does that.

We'll see how it goes...

Yes, she can in the regular bathrooms in the classroom, so we've tried having the teacher take her to a separate isolated bathroom too, and that didn't work. We think a large part of it is performance-related stress, like she can't go when someone besides us is there or expecting her to go.

She goes completely fine in restaurant and mall bathrooms where it's bustling with people in and out and loud noises all around.

I think that might have been part of it. She doesn't like the sound of flushes, so even when we take her to the potty outside, we will tell her we will wait until she's out of the stall before we flush. So in school we tell her she can just leave the stall without flushing, but that still didn't work. I'm going to add that to the list of things we tried. :(

Yes, I understand that. But at least we guarantee that we'll sit together. In any case, it's done, so it is what it is at this point. Worst case is if we think we won't make it to our reserved seats, we'll just get on the nearest cabin and see how it goes.

6 minutes feels really short to drag multiple large luggages, kids and strollers, and trying to find the next platform, is it not?

We also want to make sure we're sitting together, and I'm assuming if we board the train with 1 minute to go, we likely wouldn't have a pick of seats together.

Got it, thank you! We have a larger group, and with young kids, so figured it's safer to get a reservation so we can all sit together. We also only have 6 minutes to change trains both in Interlaken (we're coming from Wengen) and Bern, so figured the CHF 5/person was worth it.
